From the history of artificial intelligence we can see that almost all what Turing commended in his paper "Computing Machinery and Intelligence" over the past 50 years, for example, natural language translation, game playing, automatic theorem proving, and machine learning have been seriously and rigorously studied. However, it is strange that to the tricks in the Turing test has been paid little attention. If the goal of artificial intelligence is to simulate human real intelligence, it is necessary to study tricks, because they are an important part in human real intelligence. After overviewing the tricks involved in the Turing test, we introduce logic with trick in this paper. We classify the logic with trick into three different categories and then investigate their properties with examples respectively. As an application we finally use logic with trick to discuss the necessary conditions for a successful Turing system. We believe therefore that the serious research into logic with trick can help not only improving the programs changing the Loebner Contest, but also better understanding human real intelligence as well as the development of artificial intelligence.
